This is a great office! My favorite dentist by far. Never experience an ounce of discomfort when having any of my many procedures. Dr Paula has fantastic skills!!
I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
It was obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance, very attractive and clean.. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
