The Voskins team were so helpful and generous today! I bought a pair of vintage glasses from Voskins less than a year ago and this weekend a screw fell out. I stopped by the shop this morning and Gandhi fixed my glasses for me in under 10 minutes and didn't charge me for it. I'll definitely be recommending this spot to friends!
Went here looking to drop 1000+ on a new pair of shades… looked all around, tried a couple of things on, no one spoke to me or asked me if I needed anything. 3 staff on, 2 dudes just standing around chatting with each other. Obviously, you guys aren’t that interested in making money. I’ve already purchased 2 pairs of glasses here. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue with the service. Now I’m done with this place for good.
