Went here looking to drop 1000+ on a new pair of shades… looked all around, tried a couple of things on, no one spoke to me or asked me if I needed anything. 3 staff on, 2 dudes just standing around chatting with each other. Obviously, you guys aren’t that interested in making money. I’ve already purchased 2 pairs of glasses here. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue with the service. Now I’m done with this place for good.

Thank you to optometrist Julien, who was so kind and professional. I am dealing with double vision and he gave me a full exam and referred me to a neuro-ophthalmologist. He explained very well what was going on and was able to show me that there had been no inflammation or bleeding. The staff was super kind as well. And it’s also a warm and inviting place.
