I purchased my trailer from VOS in October 2022. I have nothing but praise for the dealership. They were very clear on their service policy, always were up front on costs for work and if you made an appointment for service, then they had the work done within a reasonable time. I did need some warranty work done the first year I had my trailer. They dealt with it quickly and totally to my satisfaction. The staff are always very polite and ready to help. If a business tell a lie just for $25, I would not trust them for any service they offer. Always confirm what they gonna charge before the service starts, even you confirmed over the phone. They are lying easily that the confirmed number was higher. There are many alternatives around, do not bother to work with them. Note: Even they continue to lie on the review response. What a shame for a business. I read other 1 star reviews after this and I see that they consistently lie to their customers.
Fair, Transparent and Friendly. This was our experience purchasing our travel trailer from VOS Trailers in Stittsville. I had completed a significant amount of internet research and followed that with a visit to VOS Trailers where I met Steve Fortier and inquired about the trailer that interested us.
