Yes doctors are wonderful my GP of 15 years and the past 5 years , the new receptionist is HORRIBLE, ( the old location receptionist retired and she was the sweetest) always come to apologise if we waited over 20mins So I’ve taken my newborn for check up although booked an appointment already and still required to wait 2-3 hours after 4 years old I finally changed GP due to this receptionist. I have been here before, the receptionist is very nice and doctors are good. But recently and today the receptionist lady is so rude. The way she communicated like I come here and beg her for something. The lady should learn how to communicate professionally as medical receptionist to fit in Australian culture. I am not in Vietnam. Even in Vietnam now, the communication skill is way better than the receptionist in cabramatta. People come to you for your help , not a begger lady. doctor is really good but the lady at the service desk is so rude and unprofessional wish she speak to people properly and with respect!!!
