I have been here before, the receptionist is very nice and doctors are good. But recently and today the receptionist lady is so rude. The way she communicated like I come here and beg her for something. The lady should learn how to communicate professionally as medical receptionist to fit in Australian culture. I am not in Vietnam. Even in Vietnam now, the communication skill is way better than the receptionist in cabramatta. People come to you for your help , not a begger lady.
