Try buying a simple filter when you need it…. Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!! Order online!!!!!!….. Wtf?????? We are going to get a new pool for our terrace … not touching these clowns…. A simple filter?!?!?!?!?
Purchased a sauna beginning of November last year, contacted the company a couple weeks later explaining how things were not working properly. It has now been a FULL YEAR and I still have this faulty sauna in my house. They keep saying I will be getting a refund and someone will come and dismantle it and pick it up, however some how month after month goes by with nothing being done. Just received and truly I’m so excited. Sturdy and strong with an excellent internal system that I researched and found out is v v good. Nifty key pads, and at the moment it looks easy to maintain - just waiting on a handover. Very quick and cheap to fill - the swim spa that is - and heated overnight. I recommend this spa. Not sure yet about after sales or how it’ll go but I’ll review as I go. At the moment we are rapt!
