I would stay away. The tech guy Ronny is cool and so is the maintenance man. Other than that, I have not met the owner. I moved into a dirty unit back in 2021, the floor etc was not finished all of the way etc. The deposit will more than likely be missing in action by the time he is finished correcting his mistakes when you move out. Good thing I captured pictures when I moved in.

Vortex property group has been a pleasure to work with and lease from over the past year. Anytime there was a need, they were on top of it. They always responded quickly and made sure our needs were taken care of same day or next day. I would not hesitate to lease from this company should I ever need to again. This is a trustworthy, honest business who stands by their word as property management. It’s refreshing to find a company who upholds their ethics, morals and values. The townhouse is nice, or so I thought. Don't move here unless you want to lose your ac from the poorly sealed windows in the summer (that are constantly dirty), have ice frozen on the windows in the winter, and flying termites come in through the not sealed front door. Was told by maintenance to put plastic wrap on the windows. They don't want to fix these poorly made things. You can most definitely expect the rent to go up. This is tacky and ghetto.
