A plumber (Chase) from Vortex Plumbing came to my condo this morning to unclog my bathtub drain and to improve my toilet installation made by a previous plumber. Chase was very prompt, professional, and friendly and it took him less than a half hour to complete the work. I’m so pleased with the quality of his work that I’m having him come back to replace a faucet and tubspout. Thanks for a job well done!!
I want to give Vortex Plumbing a higher rating. A plumber did at least show up to install a new toilet. He was fast, congenial, and professional. My only criticism is that the plumbers need to show up on time. A call to let me know they are on their way would have been helpful.
I would not recommend Vortex Plumbing if you’re counting on a reliable plumber. They have missed three appointments so far, and have kept me waiting for several hours. I was supposed to have a 12 PM appointment today and as of this moment at 5 PM, no one has shown up yet. Don’t waste your time with this company. Their customer service, communication, and punctuality are very poor.

In April 2018 we contacted Vortex plumbing and asked for a quote to install an ice maker water line with tap, and trim box. The water line to be tapped is right behind the wall where we needed the tap, and there is easy access behind the wall via the crawlspace entrance less than 8 feet from where the work would be done.
