I was supposed to be a new patient at this clinic. I waited from 12-4 pm yesterday for Dr Jenkins to call me for a psychiatric evaluation. He did not call me. Today I waited from 11 am to 3:35 pm and still Dr Jenkins did not call me. Such unprofessional conduct somewhere down the chain. I'm not interested in going to this clinic anymore.
Had an appointment with Wendy Stone LMFT. She didn’t show. I called their office and was told she tried to call me. No she did not as I have no missed calls on my phone. Was told she’d call me in about 20 or 30 minutes. No thank you. This is Medicare behavioral health for you. I saw how poor the reviews were but wanted to give them a chance. I did. No thank you. A therapist that does not respect their client’s time is one I do not trust.
Terrible mental health facility, went in for an evaluation ended up getting interrogated. Person was rude , agitated for no reason. Felt like I was in jail and guilty until proven innocent. Never once considered my condition and had set in her mind what was wrong me b4 I even said word. Avoid these frauds
Don’t bother. Went here and it ruined my life. It’s Medicaid factory. Homeless and everyone other shows up here. The receptionist is rude and put you on hold for 10 plus minutes. You get maybe 3-5 mins with the dr who then puts you on heavy mood altering meds with no explanation. Just give up
Probably the worst experience with any doctor. I was recommended here by the LBTRC as a first time patient. With high hopes going in, I ended up more frustrated than I had been prior to seeking treatment here. They schedule appointments for a wide time window (4hours) where you literally have to make sure you aren’t in the middle of something when they call.
