I called for a free estimate to fix my commercial doors. Appointment was at 9:30 am, i wait for them until 2:30 pm, no sign of Vortes. I left the center and they came out after 2:30 pm. Fixed the doors without estimate and sent bill for $490. In the invoice they charge me for 3.5 hours from 1:30 pm thru 3:45 pm. The technician lie because i was there at 2:30 pm and they are not there yet. Called and try to resolve issue but they would not adjust the bills and theated to file mechanic lean.
