Chris went above and beyond to help me, even though they don't do residential work. Not many companies have that kind culture for customer service. Most would simply say we don't do residential and click. Hats off to Vortex Doors. That's the way America used to do business!

This was great experience of my door repair. I have been having lot of problems with my restaurant door and Ryan was able to fix with no problem! He is fast and does great job. I am so happy with his work! Good job Ryan!

Extremely disappointed. They ordered the wrong frame twice, despite clear instructions. When I asked if they could bring the correct one, they told me the job site was “too far” — which is unacceptable, especially after their repeated mistakes. Poor communication and lack of accountability. I won’t be using their services again.
