Updated Estevan and Ulysses did a great job. Even offered to check on our other rolling door while they're still here. After they left I noticed one of the fiberglass window panel is broken. Long story short, There was a slight hiccup, took the company awhile to find the glass but eventually got it done. They were being very professional and caring, calling to check up and update, even with their busy schedule. I appreciate that.
Don't get me wrong, Estevan and Ulysses didn't great job. Even offered to check on our other rolling door while they're still here. I own a commercial property in Rancho Santa Margarita and recently contacted this company for an estimate on a new entrance door. Jason Santana was the estimator who came out about two weeks ago. During the visit, I asked whether the proposed door size met current building codes. I received a quote for approximately $12,000 and again asked for confirmation that the door complied with all relevant codes. Since then, I have not received any follow-up.
