Please note the following review is for the Oxnard CA location: Wish I read the reviews before using them, should have known. Horrible service, avoid using these guys at all costs. Hired them to straighten a roll up door not to "secure it for the night." The door had no more usability and in fact was more damaged after the job was done. I'm not a door expert, they say the door couldn't be straightened, but not until after they botched the job, I don't understand why they didn't just quote me to fix it the right way the first... read more
I posted a review of Vortex earlier today. I must say that I did receive a call from the owner who apologized for the way it was handled on his end. He did his best to reduce the cost to me. I appreciated the fact that he did his best to make things right with a disgruntled customer.
