Vortex car wash & pet wash was a dream, our dog got a much-needed bath at the self-serve pet wash here and it was fantastic. The area was clean, everything was easy to use, they had many supplies to offer, and the price was very fair. Such a convenient spot — we’ll definitely be back!

The car wash itself is nice and locations access Hamburg and Brighton are convenient. Issues 1.)Once my $10.00 monthly pass was over they automatically signed me up for a $25 monthly pass without my consent. 2.) the $25 monthly pass gives you NO ACCESS to vacuuming or too clean your mats. Definitely canceling!!!
I don’t feel it’s worth $14 single wash. The car was still visibly dirty all over. The undercarriage and rocker panel sprayer had a delay to where I was halfway through it before it started spraying. Feels more like a keep your car clean not a get it clean wash. Yes I did see the sign about washing in the bay if the car is really dirty (my first time so I had no idea what level of dirtiness requires the bay), but if I wanted to do that I wouldn’t use an automatic car wash 🤷♂️. Most of the buttons did not work so once I rinsed my dog I could not get soap conditioner or vacuum to work. Fortunately I brought my own soap so I was able to wash my dog and rinse her but not suction off the water. I had some towels with me so I did some towel drying. The dryer was working but since I could not much water off her I could not get her very dry. Will not return Second visit went much better they improved the buttons.
