We were having AC troubles (thermostat wasn’t getting signal from indoor unit) I called Vortex at 8am on a Sunday and they had Alex at my house in about 2 hours. He was very polite, and knowledgeable. He helped troubleshoot and get our air running again in no time. Vortex Air Solutions came to my home and replaced my HVAC system. They recommended a side discharge unit—which isn’t your typical air conditioning system. All manufacturers are moving to this style. So I was skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I made the switch. My old unit sounded like a car backfiring every time it kicked on, and since it was located right outside my master bedroom window, I heard it every night. The service was exceptional. David was on time, professional, and assessed this situation. He found the issue and fixed it. He noticed another possible problem and recommended a preventive measure to allow our system to operate longer. I will use this company again
Less than a week from quote to having a brand new complete system installed. Price was very competitive with the other quotes we received. Went with Vortex because of the positive experience with the assessment and quoting process (it was truly needs based - not a constant sales pitch) and the positive reviews they had. System has been installed for all of 5 hours at the time of this review, but so far I’m pleased!
They have repaired our HVAC unit TXV issue and it was very well done. Most important thing is they are reasonable cheaper in terms of labor cost compare to other businesses competitors. I would definitely recommend.
