We had an absolute amazing experience with Vortex. The technicians were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They also educated us and explained how the airflow works and what are some things to do to make the airflow better. Very good communication and every person we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. They also offered us different options to fix our issue and were not pushy at all. Definitely recommend Vortex and we will call them back for all our AC needs.
Vortex is the BEST. They installed my new A/C & Heating unit a couple of years ago after being referred to me by a friend. Ever since they remind me twice a year, Springs & Fall to have the units checked. They keep everything running in top-notch shape.
Vortex Heating & Air Solutions did a great assessment and even gave me suggestions to improve my attic and vent system. They never tried to push a brand-new AC system on me; instead, they gave me practical ways to improve what I currently have. On the day of the job, they wore shoe covers, did excellent work, and cleaned out years of lint in our detached dryer vent.
