The price is right! Not installed yet, but so far, so good. Great savings after comparing. Great people. Install went smoothly, Christian and crew were super knowledgeable people. Pure pleasure to work with and no price surprises. Highly recommended.
Vortex Air Solutions came to my home and replaced my HVAC system. They recommended a side discharge unit—which isn’t your typical air conditioning system. All manufacturers are moving to this style. So I was skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I made the switch. We were having AC troubles (thermostat wasn’t getting signal from indoor unit) I called Vortex at 8am on a Sunday and they had Alex at my house in about 2 hours. He was very polite, and knowledgeable. He helped troubleshoot and get our air running again in no time. He even trimmed some of the rats nest of a wiring job that the installers left us with and made it neater and more efficient. Less than a week from quote to having a brand new complete system installed. Price was very competitive with the other quotes we received. Went with Vortex because of the positive experience with the assessment and quoting process (it was truly needs based - not a constant sales pitch) and the positive reviews they had. System has been installed for all of 5 hours at the time of this review, but so far I’m pleased!
Update... Just had my winter maintenance done! So happy I went with them over the big guys! Awesome people Great service! And my electric bill has literally gone from 500 plus to under 150 a month! These guys were super amazing! Awesome job! Start to finish they replaced the whole kit and kaboodle... Ducts AC inside and out added insulation and repair the vents connections.
