Does anyone know if they are still in business. I have been calling - texting & e-mailing for 4 days now trying to schedule AC tune up. They usually call back with in a few hours? Up date: It's been over a week & still No call. If you hold extended service contracts you can try to dispute the remaining portion of the contract with you credit card provider.
Incredibly frustrating experience. Stay away. The only thing I can assume is that they are winding up the business? - Entirely due to office mgr Karina not communicating. It took 2 weeks to get a response in the beginning, such that I gave up and inquired elsewhere. After ~10 total texts, VM's and emails, I got a response and an apology that they were busy. After having 2 other companies showed up at my home to work on the A/C only to have the unit go down again in less than 3 months, a 3rd company (Vortex) was brought in. Right away, we could see the different from the Technician standpoint. Oscar asked a lot of questions to better understand what was going on, but also what the other companies did or did not do.
