After having 2 other companies showed up at my home to work on the A/C only to have the unit go down again in less than 3 months, a 3rd company (Vortex) was brought in. Right away, we could see the different from the Technician standpoint. Oscar asked a lot of questions to better understand what was going on, but also what the other companies did or did not do. I have had many repairman come to my home over the years however never have. I had a service professional like Oscar. Oscar was a gentleman. He was thorough, conscientious, and diligent. He walked me through everything that he did explaining everything as he went along. I am going to remember Vortex and remember Oscar and when the need arises, I will call and ask for Oscar to come back! If all of the Vortex technicians are as terrific as Oscar, then Vortex is one hell of a company.
