I required assistance removing asbestos tape from my HVAC. Vortek was referred to me by ATCO Home Energy Services as a service expert. In turn, Vortek referred me to another company to provide consulting services that they said they would need to build an estimate. I had the work done by the consultant but then the consultant and Vortek disagreed about whether they were provided necessary information.
