These folks were wonderful. AJ ( estimator) was super informational. Melissa and Wendy were fantastic. The guys who installed the unit did a great job and were really informative. Plus they welcomed my excess houseplants and saved the cardboard for my garden!! Thank you all.
Our A/C installation went very smoothly and on time. There was no sales pressure. AJ listened to our needs and he suggested options to consider. The install techs were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would certainly recommend Vortechs.
After receiving a ridiculously high quote from one HVAC contractor, I decided to check around. Vortech heard my story and sent someone, Bob, to my home right away. Bob was so understanding, polite and so informative. He had the part I needed and quickly restored my heat. The cost was $2,000 less than the other contractor. Vortech recently installed two mini splits systems for me and I couldn’t be happier. From AJ who determined the proper equipment, Melissa & crew in the front office who drew up the contract and scheduled the install to the on-time & professional installation crew, Vortech runs a great operation. You can’t go wrong choosing them.
I strongly recommend Vortechs for your heating and cooling systme installation or repairs to your current system. David was the tech who was a tremendous help. He is an experienced and skilled technician who was with our project from repair of the 25 year old existing system (which kept the system running in NOV and DEC) to the removal and installation of a new furnace and air conditioning system.
