We had AJ come out and give us a quote for a heat pump. He did a great job. Unfortunately the timing didn’t work since they couldn’t do the job for a few months and we had a newborn baby and our AC was broken. AJ was very understanding, but Wendy wasn’t. This morning I woke up to a home with no heat. I called Vortech and spoke with Wendy. Within an hour "Hunter" was at my home. He was polite and professional from the start. He assessed the situation and solved my issue without hesitation. He explained what the system needed and fixed the problem. No muss and no fuss. Needless to say, I am totally satisfied with Vortech and will continue to use them for any and all work I may need in the future. Thanks ER

Recently (May, 2024) I called the Vortechs HVAC company located in Wakefield RI to service my 20-year-old home AC unit. Hunter was the tech. He showed up on time and did a thorough maintenance on the unit. He was polite and courteous and extremely knowledgeable about all the questions I had. He identified 2 electronic issues with the unit and replaced the parts. The total cost was very reasonable. We truly appreciate the staff at Vortechs HVAC! From Wendy’s kindness during phone calls to AJ’s diagnostics and Dave and Rob’s service time, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We unfortunately started the project with a company that was licensed but not reputable and it was a nightmare. Vortechs came to our rescue.
