When my boiler failed during a severe cold snap and snowstorm, this heating company truly came to my rescue. They responded on very short notice and professionally replaced my unit, preventing what could have been frozen and burst water pipes. Hunter our technician was excellent, prompt on time for appointment, very thorough on the work he preformed, and also spoke about the maintenance he was performing and based on what I observed checked more items than what have been performed by other boiler service companies that i have observed in the past. He also left all the workspace very clean when he complete the servicing of the boiler.

This month (May, 2025) I had the Vortechs HVAC company located in Wakefield RI service my 21-year-old home AC unit. Just like last year, Hunter was the tech. He showed up on time and did a thorough maintenance on the unit. He was polite and courteous and extremely knowledgeable about all the questions I had.
