These folks were wonderful. AJ ( estimator) was super informational. Melissa and Wendy were fantastic. The guys who installed the unit did a great job and were really informative. Plus they welcomed my excess houseplants and saved the cardboard for my garden!! Thank you all.
Our A/C installation went very smoothly and on time. There was no sales pressure. AJ listened to our needs and he suggested options to consider. The install techs were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would certainly recommend Vortechs.
Our furnace died on a cold day and Vortechs responded immediately. AJ came and inspected and got us a quote within hours. We had the replacement the next day. Dave and Mickey did a great job installing. Highly recommend Vortechs for your HVAC needs.
After receiving a ridiculously high quote from one HVAC contractor, I decided to check around. Vortech heard my story and sent someone, Bob, to my home right away. Bob was so understanding, polite and so informative. He had the part I needed and quickly restored my heat. The cost was $2,000 less than the other contractor. Hunter, the tech sent to work on my AC and heating unit was excellent. I have hired other companies to work on both my AC and heating since moving here. The service from Vortechs was exceptional, compared to the others. I highly recommend this business.
