This morning, I had a very concerning encounter with one of your company drivers. The driver was operating the vehicle erratically, using rude and abusive language, and appeared to intentionally engage in aggressive behavior, including repeatedly pressing the brakes in an attempt to cause an accident. These people must have a contract with my building but when they turn the heat on for the winter season they put it so hard that it had to be at least 85° so for the last 8 months the building has been suffering with too much heat. Now they came a week ago and said they fixed the AC in all the units right this building has six floors with about what about maybe 15 units on every floor, but they are here today fixing 35 units.
