I wanted to take a couple minutes to say "Thank you to Oswaldo" to being such a tremendous help to Ray and I when we visited their new location last Friday. ***Update*** I have just been contacted by Voro Motors and they are going to provide me a motor at no charge for my scooter. It was voiced that the specific agent who handled my original claim is no longer with the company. I appreciate the handling of this situation and it says a lot for the integrity of the company. I am very pleased with the outcome. Bad business practice! Purchased a Kaabo Wolf King GTR on January 22, 2024. By mid March I hit a speed bump and the shock just blew apart. They sent me one under warranty and... read more
