Amazing fans I got two of them they are extremely good
Great fans but do not buy direct!! I bought 2 retro fans. they shipped the wrong color. They sent their shipper out to retrieve them, which was fast (they use fedX, non union hacks) I received nothing at all in the way of comminication from vornado air llc. 2 fans should be 2 boxes. I finally received 1. Upon calling, the rep took forvever to "read a few notes", then mentioned for unknown reasons only 1 had been shipped. The shipping dept has to be the worst. buy elewhere, NOT direct.
I had a problem with my steamer, and Greg took care of me. Excellent customer service and warranty. You can not go wrong purchasing products from this company they have a customer for life with me. Thank you greg!!!
We went to The Vornado store on Friday and spoke to Melanie at the front desk. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We received an outstanding level of customer service that you don't see these days much anymore. I'm so glad that we chose to go into the store instead of just getting products from Amazon.
