Parking garage gate has been broken majority of my lease. Working for a few weeks and then broken once again. Tenants constantly let their dogs urinate and poop in the stairwells and hallways. Once things are broken, don’t expect them to get fixed. During my time here, the garage door was broken for over a year. Despite repeated assurances that it would be repaired, it remained unrepaired, which left the building open to anyone. Several exterior doors that looked like they required a key could actually be pulled open without one, which made me feel unsafe. Inside the apartment, I found the condition disappointing. Poor and unprofessional communication from a great majority of the staff. The lost my $600 security deposit and sent me a ledger that had a years worth of financial documents missing but still want to charge me... STAY FAR AWAY
This place is incredibly unprofessional. They’ve lost my $600 security deposit and when I asked for a detailed ledger upon moving out they tried to charge me extra. I’ve been working with the Vora “specialist” named LYNN ROSE and she will not pick up a phone call or provide the exact proof of my bills or even respond. I would highly recommend avoiding VORA MISSION VALLEY unless you like getting scammed out of your money and harassed by a collections agency a year after moving out.
