This place is incredibly unprofessional. They’ve lost my $600 security deposit and when I asked for a detailed ledger upon moving out they tried to charge me extra. I’ve been working with the Vora “specialist” named LYNN ROSE and she will not pick up a phone call or provide the exact proof of my bills or even respond. This place is not professional. They lost my security deposit and upon moving out tried to overcharge me, after over a year... Also very aggressive homeless people live directly outside and occasionally wander the halls. Not a great place to raise a family or feel safe. Plus they raise rent by a couple hundred dollars every year.

Requests for basic fixes or support are routinely brushed off, with... read more

The maintenance crew is always so quick to respond, professional and efficient. Jesus was very nice and quick with the repairs needed in my apartment. 10/10 recommend!
