Overall living experience here has been good. The amenities would be better if the TV and remotes worked. The maintenance team has always been great! Especially, Jesus. They're all very professional and quick with resolving Maintenance requests. The custodial staff also so a great job, including those who clean the dog park so it's fresh for residents and their critters to use. I want to ensure that the incredible maintenance team, in particular Jesus gets recognized. He is always extremely friendly, happy to help, and works through the maintenance issues fast. I put in a work order and he was at my door in 30 mins.
Really great maintenance and office team. Convenient location to Mission Valley, 8, 805 and 15 freeways.
One of the best apartment communities in the area! The manager, Emily, juggles so much, but is still so attentive. You can truly see how much she cares! Thank you for all that you do, Emily!
5 stars for Jesus from the maintenance team. He was helpful and professional. However, I would give the property management team only 3 stars due to the overall lack of responsiveness and follow-through.
