I love this office. I called them on 7/20/16 for a problem tooth. They took me in the next day. Took x-rays etc. Went back today 8/1/16 to have that tooth filled. Let me tell you I usually hate dentists and drills etc. But Dr. Bill (forgot his last name) was amazing. I never felt the Novocain needle at all. That's a plus. I never felt any pain or discomfort at all during the drilling and filling. Dr. Bill has a great chair-side manor. I would recommend Flower City Dental to anyone who hates going to the dentist.
