Came to get my nails done I didn’t want to cause a problem in front of their customers. I talk to one of the male employees he may been the owner. He told me to come in and he would fix them. When getting there he looked at my nails and said let her fix them because he would have to take her money and I stated no it’s obvious she doesn’t know what she’s doing . Long story short he refuse to fix them. I’m very upset. Pictures of what I asked for verses what I got.
I’ve been coming to Voorpret every four weeks to see Ivy, and she is absolutely amazing. I always get a pedicure and a gel manicure, and she consistently does an excellent job. She’s kind, hardworking, and truly cares about her work. I will definitely keep coming back for Ivy.
