My son had an emergency for pain on a friday, I spoke with Roxana she’s always amazing and she got us in the same day before the weekend and the Dr was able to do the work the same day! They were extremely accommodating and always make my kids feel comfortable! This is an awesome office with a great and friendly staff ! Highly recommend!
We took our kids, including one with Down Syndrome and another with Autism, to Pasternack Pediatric Dental and the dentists and staff amazed us with their level of understanding and patience in providing dental care to all of our kids.
Be advised they will drop you as a patient with NO warning and then claim it’s “policy”. Never missed any appointments. Child has been a patient for 14 years. When questioned about policy they will answer with “im telling you what policy is now months after said issue” instead of than and there (office manager to be exact) 6 month waiting list for cleanings is observed. Contacted another dentist who was able to schedule a cleaning within a week. Do better!
I've been taking my kids here for over 20 years. I believe recently my oldest son must have not shown to two of his appointments. He's older now so he makes them on his own. But now they won't allow me to make any appointments ahead of time. My youngest daughter is only 10 and I don't think she should be reprimanded for her brother not making it to the appointment.
