I asked for an early appointment back in February and followed up 1-2 times. They said nothing was available and promised to let me know if anything opened up. I waited nearly 5 months for my cleaning—only to show up and find the office closed, no notice, no call, no update. This is the least I’d expect, just a basic courtesy to let patients know. Very disappointed.
Closed and no longer accepting medicaid. As a patient of a few years, was not informed. Now have to wait months to get in with a new office just for my 6 month cleaning. Very unprofessional.
I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years. I recently had a cleaning appointment and was told I needed several old cavities re treated and I also needed a crown. The cost was more then I have ever paid. I left that appointment and something did not feel right. I went and got a second opinion. Turns out I DO NOT need any work done. This office has really changed and I am obviously no longer a patient.
