Susana is fantastic. She is passionate and very talented. She listened to my needs and took the time to look at photos that I wanted to share with her. She's easy to talk to and comfortable to be around. The salon has really good energy. I have been looking for a great stylist in Napa and I would highly recommend this place as I have a handful of friends that go to Amber as well.
They tell you one thing and do what they wanted, hair not how we discussed, the price was double what we discussed. So the place to go if you want your hair done right.
Don’t use this place particularly Susana she is NOT. Good at her job
This place is NOT it. I came in with curls and I know those are hard to blowout but Whirlwind down the street never has an issue! I had to book with them last minute and have never regretted anything so much. My hair is literally still wet after leaving the salon, and it is a huge puffy mess stick straight with no definition on the end whatsoever .
