Extremely disappointed in service tonight and when the store manager is a smart-ass about resolving the issue, it didn't make the situation any better. Will eat at Voodoo again but probably not this one. Love the food but the service and management's approach to resolving it was terrible.
They are not properly trained on handling service dogs. We came in to get seated and the girl tells us we have to show paperwork to eat there. Our dog was in full vest and working. By ADA law they can ask two questions is it a service dog and what the dogs purpose is. You do not have to show paperwork. The only way they can ask you to leave is if your dog is misbehaving.
