I called right after I placed the order to explain I ordered the wrong color. I was told it was already in processing and couldn't be changed or canceled?? Also, the manager was in a meeting. Ridiculous. Then I received an email that the order was canceled. Then a tracking number. I called to get a refund label bc I don't have a printer and was told you don't mail them.
