I want to sincerely thank the pharmacy staff and pharmacist at this location. They consistently provide excellent service and clear communication, especially when prescriptions are on backorder or not in stock. I really appreciate that they take the time to call when medications are ready for pickup, which makes the process so much easier. It is rare nowadays to find truly good customer service, especially at a corporate-owned business, but this pharmacy is incredible. From the pharmacists like Luda and Kari, to the technicians like Andrew and Connor, everyone is helpful, patient, and genuinely does what they can to help. Half the time, they know who you are just by the sound of your voice, though they still properly verify everything, of course. Quick medication pick up
Not sure if Jocelyn T. was having a bad day, but she was not friendly or helpful at all. I approached her with a smile, and she didn’t smile back once. She told me I would need to wait 15–20 minutes for my prescription, but then I received a text just one minute later saying it was ready. Keep in mind, I have strep throat, so it’s difficult for me to talk, and bright lights make my migraines worse.
The staff is always so helpful, friendly and patient. Pharmacists are very knowledgeable. They are great about explaining new medication. Thank you!
