Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Tried out the pharmacy because of $75 gift card incentive for Vons. The on site person pur in my insurance wrong and told me it was rejected. Called next day after my insurance said they put in wrongly, and the Vons pharmacy person, Dee at Horizon Ridge/Horizon, hung up on me because she said my attitude wasn't good. Now I see why they have to lie to get people to use their pharmacy. You actually only get $25 gift card with first prescription, but have to let them torture you sev... read more
