I've been using vons pharmacy for years and recently transferred my prescriptions to vons in Redlands. The staff there is great and helpful, however Pharmacist Daniel is rude and abrasive, not only to my family member but also to his staff in front of customers. Very disappointing to bring my business to Redlands vons having had such great and caring service at La Quinta vons.
They ALWAYS go out of there way for me. They even know my voice. They go above and beyond. They even called right away to let me know when my medication refill was denied, so I could call my doctor to get it taken care of.
