PLEASE BE AWARE! Today my purse was stolen while I was getting fish at the Vons in Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, Ca). I was not the only person who was robbed at this Von’s around 3 pm. I did a stupid thing and left my purse in my cart while talking to the fish department. I screamed very loud and they found my cart in Aisle 17. There was another lady at the same time and someone found her purse and cart in Aisle 18. The store manager immediately helped me and the other lady find our purses which was really nice. Worst customer experience ever - from calling and asking about products to driving 30 minutes to the store for the product to not be in buyable shape. The manager (supposedly - no name tag and no customer service skills) is rude and should not be running a store. The employees are just as bad - yelling at customers and calling them names. I've never had an all around horrible experience like I have here. Watch out for this store. They like to ignore their sales, even when you click on the coupons, scan items more than once, & are frequently out of sales items. One checker in particular really does not care. This has all happened to me twice in the last 3 weeks.
Clean, well stocked with caring employees. Though the pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired due to their inability to understand what the doctor tells them. Be careful.
