Absolutely love this grocery store! The selection is fantastic, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. It's my go-to place for everything I need!
Unwelcoming vibe and selective attention. If you aren't the "right" type of customer, don't expect the friendly service other reviews talk about. I experienced some very selective attention here today. While one young lady was helpful, another male employee interrupted her and spoke to me like he was on edge -- really impatient. Foul smelling and possibly toxic fumes near the self checkout.
Subpar Customer Service & Disorganized $5 Friday Promotion. I visited the deli counter today specifically to take advantage of the Friday $5 specials. A team member wearing a mask told me the items I wanted weren't ready but would take 8 minutes to prepare. I finished my other shopping and returned 7–8 minutes later. A neighbor mentioned this place while I was looking for some routine maintenance. They handled everything smoothly, got in and out quickly, and left things clean (which isn’t always the case). Pretty solid experience over here in San Diego.
