My experience there was nice. Dr. Lee was a nice lady, great doctor, but they don’t seem to have anyone to answer the phone or return any calls or emails. My law firm contacted me today and informed me that they have been trying to get in contact with them since September and asked me to drive up there to get a copy of my last medical bill, that is very inconvenient, I have to take time out of my day and drive up there to try to obtain a bill that should’ve been sent out. Firstly, Dr. Lee is kind, compassionate and caring. She is a wonderful doctor and person. But!!!! I can NEVER get ahold of anyone. I call and call but my voicemails are never returned and literally over the past 3 weeks I've only been able to speak to one person who took my phone number and said they would have someone call me back...guess what? No one ever called. I love her as a doctor but what's the point of a great doctor if you can never get ahold of anyone?
i am so glad i was able to find Dr. Lee again. She left the practice where I sued to go and I was highly upset because they would not tell me where she went. BUT I FINALLY FOUND HER. SHE IS AMAZING, SMART AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE IS KIND AND CARES SO MUCH ABOUT HER PATIENTS.
Dr.Lee is very patient and friendly, she gives it to you honestly and does her due diligence in working on charges... I have gratitude for her.
I brought all three of my children to see Dr. Lee and I couldn't have been more impressed with the level of care and attention she provided. Not only did she establish a strong rapport with my kids, but she also took the time to truly listen to their concerns. Dr. Lee's patience and understanding made them feel at ease and her quick and accurate diagnoses ensured they received the best possible treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Lee for any family looking for a compassionate and skilled family physician.
