Worst customer service imaginable. We have done business with them for a few years now on retirement awards. Nothing cheap mind you. $3000 each. When we send in orders we don't get confirmation that they received them even when we ask for it. They never tell us if they will be done on time or when we can expect them. Every year we end up wondering if they will get them to us on time and they don't return our emails or phone calls. I work in customer service and Vondra Engraving's customer service is horrible! Very unprofessional and rude on the phone to a longtime customer. They charged us more on our last order for their mistakes and when we talked to them about it they called our complaint 'outrageous.' Won't be using them again!
