First I would say this was the most awful experience in dealing with an establishment all the way to customer service, response time, disrespectful feedback, inaccurate diagnosis, and admission of not being to work on these types of vehicles but yet not willing refund what they weren’t willing to admit wasn’t in their capabilities. They repaired my flat in no time flat (no pun intended!) and gave me sound advice on future tire repairs. Very friendly and professional. Very reasonable repair cost, and if I had bought my tires from them originally, it would have been free. Vonderlehr will get all my future business.
