From the moment I walked in the door! Michael and Leslie both welcomed me to StorageMart and asked if they could do to help me. I told them I was an auction buyer and was there to pay for my unit. The process was a very quick and professional experience. The price has raised $80 since I first got the unit. No one has asked or even informed me about it first. No additional features or anything like that, just higher prices. Seems to be raised on vibes only.
MJ was very helpful during my purchase and made everything go by smooth. He was also a very helpful worker and told me all about the prices and documents that I needed to know.

I have never dealt with such a joke of a company. I have been calling & leaving messages for this company since last Tuesday & not a single person has answered the phone or reached out to me!! I have NEVER dealt with a business with such bad customer service. Last Tuesday I booked a unit online. I checked into the facility the same night & the unit I was assigned was LOCKED & IN USE.
