Love Dr Klein. She is kind and cares about her patients.
Very dismissive and uninterested in hearing patients out. When discussing concerns, she constantly says "ok, ok, ok" to the point where felt more like a automatic/zoned out prompt instead of a physician truly hearing the patient out and understanding their needs. I would expect this from maybe a urgent care doctor but not from a specialist especially when you are a new patient. Do not recommend her and will likely not go back to this practice because of the experience.
I do not normally leave reviews on doctors, but if I can help even one person avoid this I will. Do NOT see this doctor for nexplanon insertions or removals. This is my 3rd implant so I am well aware of how it should feel in my body (nearly 7 years having one), and she put it in so superficially it actually feels like it’s breaking my skin apart from inside my arm. I would have given no stars if available. I highly do not recommend this Dr. Horrible bedside manner, no effort to help her patients, will not be back to this office due to a horrible experience
