VonCare is hands down a highly capable firm well versed in assisting Veterans. They are highly competent and extremely professional as they guide you through a tailored process for what you need. Their staff of PhDs, working under the guidance of Dr Vonetes, is well versed in Veteran affairs and will put you at ease from the first phone call. Their DBQ production is spot on from the Dr’s interview and assessment, through document production. Excellent products and more importantly, a caring team who are truly in your corner.
I have spoken with several healthcare professionals in my life. I’ve never had anyone that truly understood me and my problems with anxiety and depression leading up PTSD. I’m a 57 years old Veteran, and the things I have been carrying around since the 80s all came out, I was in tears in his office and he did not treat me any differently or look at me any differently. Truly amazing experience. Felt very comfortable discussing issues after not being able to do so with other healthcare providers. Absolutely recommend his services to any vet who needs help.
I have meet with four psychiatrist/psychologist in the past for my military related mental health issues. Dr. Vonetes is the fifth and by far the best. His demeanor quickly puts you at ease. Dr. V really listens and has a suttle way to draw out deep rooted issues. Before leaving he offers suggestions to work on and/or think through, along with encouragement and hope.
