No communication response. I have sent emails, phone calls etc. I have also been waiting for 2 weeks as to when I am to see a surgeon. Injury and in a med boot for over five months. Oh did I mention no pay???
Awful experience with my case manager who is late for All my appointments, if Cheah Hibdon shows up. We have had appointments for the same time for a year yet she seems to be always delayed yet rushes out for her next appointment. I do have a recording of our session, how she talks to me because she sure is nicer when the doctor enters. I was literally crying by the time I left my patient room yesterday! This is an awful company the nurses are truly disrespectful and they don't care about your overall health they just want to assure you get back to work and not if your unable to work. Once you report their them they retaliate against you and lie on you etc. They mix you up with other patients meds, appointment dates and files and when you inform them they get mad at you, when you try to do what's needed to get better and get everything you're entitled to have to heel they become even more rude never showing compassion at all... read more
