I reached out to this trainer on the recommendation of a friend. We kept playing phone tag for a while with no follow up return calls from them until I messaged them via Facebook telling them how disappointed I was. I was called back by Zack and we made arrangements for him to come to my residence to help with my puppy. He showed up late and we spent about 1.5 working with the dog on the issues of concern. Ferox my GSD is a great companion. Great training and Zach the head trainer brought him to me and did a couple days of "training" with us. All good, A couple of follow up calls and now Zach seems to have gone AWOL. We had a call scheduled, no call, no answers to subsequent texts, emails and voicemail. A bit disconcerting to say the least. Its been now a month and nothing. Enjoying connecting with Ferox nonetheless tho it definitely affects the overall recommendation
We brought home the most handsome puppy with a great temperament. Kate, Zach and the training team is so supportive, loving, knowledgeable, and we feel like we gained a new family! The facility and grounds are beautiful. We would definitely come back to Von Waldberg for future puppies.
