The quality of care has declined substantially over the past decade. I used to be able to see the same doctor, but the near constant revolving door of RPNs, interns, residents, and attendings a means I never see the same person more than twice, which ruins the consistency of care and results in especially miserable communication from the health care providers here (particularly from the attending doctors).
