Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond
