You have to have 2years worth on rental history or a cosigner and pay 2times rent up front. Kinda funny they require that when I ask people at work about them they say they are horrible property management all there properties are run down.

It's always a pleasure to speak with the owners of this rental company. They're always happy to help with any questions or concerns I have.
I am so frustrated with the management at this property. Two words describe the atmosphere of this apartment: mold and moisture. I have to run a dehumidifier 24/7 to make the apartment barely live able. Their is so much moisture in the air of this apartment that I have to empty a full bucket of water from the dehumidifier every day. My personal furniture has MOLD growing on the bottom of it.
