This was my first time buying a car. I had the pleasure of working with Tony. He made the process super easy and stress free. And made sure I got the best deal on my car. The entire team was also amazing. The vibe of the dealership was very welcoming and didn't feel like any other dealerships that I've been to. Unlike other dealerships I never felt pressured to buy anything over my budget or something I didn't need. This was truly the best car buying experience. I dealt with Peter via text, mainly. I negotiated the price of a 2023 Mustang Mach 1 over about a week and a half and came to an agreement on price. I live in Nevada and made a quick trip to Sacramento to test drive the car. Peter then arranged at their expense to have the car delivered to Reno for me. Great transaction.
The entire team at Von Housen Motorcars makes you feel like family. We had a great experiance purchasing our Mercedes GLE 350.
