I want to give a shout out to Matt and the crew in the body shop and detailing for a wonderful repair of our Equinox. You would not be able to tell that the car was almost totaled. The car looks flawless and we can tell that they went above and beyond to make it look great. The customer service team was super nice and easy to talk to and work with. I would love to say that I hope to see you again……..but that would mean I would have to damage my vehicle in order for that to happen. 😁 Thank you Von Holzen Team God Bless
Von Holzen is a top notch dealership with amazing customer service. And the sales department and manager was fantastic.
We had a breakdown up in Bayfield and Von Holzen came to our rescue. Truly. They facilitated a tow and had my vehicle fixed in two hours. Keep in mind this was a Friday afternoon and even with their busy schedule they went above and beyond to take care of not only the breakdown problem but also performed an additional recall inspection that my home dealership would not do a week earlier because they were back ordered on a specific 40w oil. We are a little late on this review, but we have been out enjoying our new 2025 Chevy Colorado! Tom was the best when it came to dealing with our time pressure! We needed the vehicle ASAP, and though it wasn't ready, he put us in a temporary vehicle to get around! A great team to work with!! Thanks Tom for all the patience and kindness!! And Heather!! You guys are the best! We are loving our truck!!
