Great service, professional and thorough
Very professional and solved my tripped GFCI outlet issue very quick. I will absolutely use Von Haus Electric in the future and recommend them to everyone!
Brian has done work for us before. We recently bought a plug-in hybrid and I wanted to be sure our wiring could handle it. I looked up the requirements in the owners manual and asked him what he thought. He took a look at our system and determined it met those requirements and would work fine. Question answered in 1 day and he didn’t charge us for it. He is a real straight shooter.
We woke up to a buzzing sound coming from around our dishwasher on the day of my husband’s surgery. Frantically, I called Brian at Von Haus Electric and he trouble shot with me over the phone but we couldn't figure it out. He immediatly headed over to our home because of our time constraints. He looked in a drawer and found that a wireless frother had been turned on in the drawer causing the buzz. We laughed and he didn't charge us anything. Brian and his crew are great: very efficient and down to business but also personable and polite. They were always there when we really needed them and we have total confidence in their operation. We’ve had a lot of people work on our place since we moved here last year. These guys are in the top two! One last thing, I think Brian checks his messages frequently . Every time we contacted him, we got a response that day or first thing the next morning.
