Everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very impressed with my visits and the assistance they provided. Thank you everyone for making an uncomfortable situation easier to go through.
Great staff wish I waited for my ear infection to be gone before coming in because I caused myself some personal conflict . But all in all they will help you when you need it

Incredibly rude and hostile driver who continuously was parking on private property without permission.
Today it was the better visit of the four I've had. The first three the nursing staff were not experienced with the therapy I needed. The on my third visit didn't do a proper dressing change on my wound which messed up my therapy for almost three days. The bigger issue is the downward quality of health care in Ontario due to the government polices of privatizing healthcare to lower the cost, which has a direct impact on patient care and our comes.
