They do have poor service but I hear capital city refuse has great service give them a call
29+ year customer. First 20 to 25 years I would have given them 5 stars. The last five years or so it’s been a nightmare of missed pickups, billing mistakes, and generally poor service. Not sure what happened to this business, and really not sure why I’m still with them. Habit, I guess, but ready to jump ship.
BAD BAD BAD don't waste your time! NO CALL NO SHOW!!! Then bill you many times after you quit service with them!
Von Busch has had a few bumps in the road lately but I have faith they’ll recover. They picked up trash yesterday (Thursday) and then came around today to make sure all the trash had been picked up! Way to go! #golocal #vonbusch
